Despite some drawbacks like the room being near the entrance and having maintenance issues, as well as a smoky smell, the hotel overall offered nice and spacious rooms with welcoming service. The location, although noisy due to traffic, was convenient being close to the highway and shopping. The dining options were limited to basic items, but the staff was accommodating. On the positive side, the hotel provided a laundry service.

The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. While the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable, it had a strong cigarette smoke smell that even got into my clothes. The service was lacking, with staff smoking and being noisy. The location was rated highly, being convenient for activities in Oklahoma City, despite some noise issues. The dining options were limited, but there was praise for the attentive staff during check-in.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were nice and spacious, but unfortunately, they were infested with ants and bedbugs. I also encountered vomit on the stairs and witnessed suspicious activities in the hallways and parking lot. The staff seemed overwhelmed and short-staffed.
